Shipments and returns
Delivery Times:
The package is usually shipped the day after the order.
- Italy: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 3-10 business days
Shipping Costs:
- Italy: Free
- Europe: € 4.99
- Rest of the world: € 9.99
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment through our website or via the courier's website.
Important Notes:
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Returns:
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
If an item arrived defective or damaged, please report it within 30 days of delivery, attaching 2/3 photos.
Return Conditions:
1) Shipping costs for replacement or return of items are the customer's responsibility.
2) For exchanges or returns, items must be returned in the same condition as received (unused).
3) Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
4) Customized or sale items cannot be returned.
Return Procedure:
1) Contact our Customer Service: email at info@solariawoodart.com indicating the order number and reason for the return.
2) Pack the Return: Place the items to be returned in their original packaging, pack securely to avoid damage during transport.
3) Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping service and send the package to the following address:
Exchange or Refund:
Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service to arrange the exchange with the new chosen item.
In case of a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7-10 business days.
